Had a great time in America!

My time in Illinois was really fun. I was able to enjoy my family and dear friends, as well as drive a car and drink rootbeer. It wasn't that hard to go back to America (because I've always lived there), but the biggest culture shock was that everyone spoke English. It was great to be able to understand and to be understood. That is something that doesn't happen everyday here in Hungary. I have learned to listen and be quiet more here, but ones ears to perk up when you hear english from anyone on the bus or the sidewalk or in a store. Comprehension is a gift, not always a given.
